The resort’s culinary team also welcomes visiting chef David Hemmerle. The French-born and trained Michelin-Star Chef, currently the head Chef of Grand Cru, a wine-minded restaurant in the heart of Moscow, will extend his culinary expertise to our resort cuisine throughout this Festive Season. Hemmerle feels right at home in the world of Michelin-rated restaurants as he has collaborated and worked in haute-cuisine establishments all over the world, including the Parisian Pavillon Ledoyen (three Michelin stars) at the invitation of award-winning master Yannick Alléno.
New Year
As the year ends, guests can look forward to a smashing New Year’s Eve event with live music, artistic performances and a culinary spread to remember. This year will end with a ‘Champagne Masquerade’ at the beach, where the last day of the year will be celebrated in style before we start fresh into the New Year 2024.
