The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina has completed a lavish refurbishment, transforming its guestrooms and suites into a haven of comfort.
The extensive resort renovation was completed with the design concept from Stickman Tribe that spanned across three years to create two personalities to reflect the hotel’s refreshed identity: Penelope and George. Penelope, designed to work for Deluxe and Westin Club rooms categories, showcases killer curves with clean lines and feminine details, mixing a colour pallet of light natural textures with bold, bright and daring patterns and an eye-catching headboard. George, designed for the Deluxe Suites, Family Suites and Penthouse, exudes sophistication with classical details in contemporary form delivered through folded collar-like leather headboards and modern wing-back accent chairs. The mix of high ceiling fabric and low layer dark coving on the walls are perfectly balanced with contemporary lighting.
The Westin Club Lounge has also undergone an upgrade, where a glass, neonatal style winter garden has been added. With an unobstructed view overlooking the Harbour, the intimate and tranquil setting is bright and spacious with chic leather furnishings and a contrasting black and white checkered marble floor.
Continuing the efforts in reducing the hotel’s carbon footprint, the hotel has installed state-of-the-art climate control systems from Schneider and the fully stocked Terim fridges make for a welcome addition, complete with bottles of still and sparkling BE WTR from the hotel’s on-site water bottle plant.
