Trace Restaurant & Bar is thrilled to collaborate with award-winning gourmet coffee supplier Boncafé in introducing a brand new afternoon tea set inspired by the rich flavours of the esteemed manufacturer’s coffee and chocolate.
Commence the high tea adventure with an enticing array of appetizers and savouries, with highlights ranging from a “Coffee Jar Salad” with Coffee Balsamic Vinaigrette, Coffee-Cured Smoked Salmon on Toast, and Chicken Roulade Skewer in Barbecued Coffee Sauce to Crispy Shrimp Vol-au-Vent with Sarawak Pineapple Relish.
Indulge in a tempting selection of desserts that will elevate your teatime experience to new heights, featuring rich Mocha Cake, classic Paris-Brest, luscious Caramel Coffee Mousse, decadent Borsalino Cake, as well as a Café Latte Mini Swiss Roll that offers a perfect bite of creamy goodness to round off the cozy afternoon.
Aside from above selection of dainty treats, two special mocktails created using Boncafé barista’s recipes, one espresso-based and another purely fruity, will also be offered as a beverage pairing for the limited-time high tea set.

Available daily from 1 PM to 5 PM until September 30, 2024, this mesmerizing afternoon tea set is priced at RM168 nett for two people, all set against the stunning backdrop of Kuala Lumpur’s naturally-lit skyline.
As a cherry on top for guests patronizing this tea set, latte art workshops conducted by Boncafé Master Barista and Trainer Ibrahim Mohd Jafar will be arranged on selected dates in August and September. Starting this August, the culinary team at Trace is excited to introduce a Tex-Mex theme for its weekend dinner buffet for the first time, aiming to spice up the palate of both regulars and new patrons with bold and vibrant flavours.
Available on every Friday and Sunday, the Tex-Mex Fiesta Dinner Buffet highlights mouth-watering dishes including Pollo Asado, a Mexican-style roasted chicken infused with aromatic spices, BBQ Slow Roasted Beef Short Ribs, Classic Tacos with Chili Corn Carne, and a refreshing Tex-Mex Chicken Chopped Salad with Corn.
Trace’s signature live grill will continue to bring about a succulent selection of meats grilled to perfection right before diners, creating an interactive and engaging atmosphere. Must-haves of this enticing corner include Bratwurst Sausage, Peri-Peri Chicken, Cajun Rosemary Lamb Shoulder, and Harissa Baked Fish, all of which ensure a memorable culinary adventure for guests.
