Rossini’s Italian lunch Bangkok: Until 31 January 2025, couples, colleagues, families and friends can come together and curate their own midday meal, with two or three courses expertly crafted by Chef Giacomo Vinci.

Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok is inviting guests to enliven their lunchtimes with a new set menu that lets diners curate their own authentic Italian culinary journey. Available throughout December and January at Rossini’s, the Michelin-rated ristorante, this elegant epicurean experience will transport guests’ senses from the bustling streets of Sukhumvit to the verdant hills and olive groves of Tuscany. Indulge in this delectable midday escape on Monday – Friday (except public holidays) from 12:00 – 14:30 hrs.

Chef Giacomo Vinci, the hotel’s highly skilled Executive Sous Chef who trained in Sicily and has worked at fine-dining restaurants and five-star hotels across Europe and Asia, has crafted a series of delectable dishes that showcase sustainable and seasonal ingredients, cooked to perfection. A selection of two entrées, three main courses and two desserts can be combined to create the ultimate set lunch for colleagues, couples, families and friends.

Once you are inside the cool and stylish surroundings of Rossini’s, which is designed to look and feel like a traditional Tuscan villa, this set lunch experience can start with a choice of refreshing entrées: Prosciutto Crudo di Parma su Melone Giapponese (Parma ham on Japanese honeydew melon with marinated ricotta and bottarga), or Zuppa Fresca con Pomodoro San Marzano (fresh San Marzano tomato soup with avocado gelato).

These enticing appetizers can be followed by a selection of three mouth-watering main courses that capture the essence of Italian cuisine: Spaghetti alla Carbonara (classic spaghetti carbonara with crispy guanciale and pecorino cheese), Dentice Rosso del Mediterraneo (grilled Mediterranean red snapper on potato salad and braised fennel), or Melanzana Arrostita con Pasta di Miso (slow-cooked eggplant with miso paste, tomato confit and parmesan fondue).

And of course, every lunchtime can end on a sweet note with Chef Giacomo’s choice of two delectable desserts: Ananas Grigliato con Gelato alla Banana (grilled pineapple with banana sorbet and orange liqueur sauce) or Mousse di Cioccolato (chocolate mousse on salted chocolate crumble with fresh berries).

Rossini’s new set lunch menu is available Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 12:00 – 14:30 hrs., now – 31 January 2025. Guests can curate their own two-course or three-course menu, with a main course and a dessert priced at THB 720++, an entrée and a main course available for THB 880++, and the full three-course meal – entrée, main course and dessert – priced at just THB 1,200++.
