Besides this satisfying combination of daily roast and buffet-style lunch, an alluring à la carte menu presents a curated range of mezzes (each served with flat bread), grilled dishes and other plates perfect for sharing.

Mezze Platter is a must-have for large parties, encompassing tastes of all the region’s traditional palate-teasers – from delicious dips of rich Hummus, smoked eggplant Baba Ghanoush, authentic Beetroot Hummus, and light and creamy Whipped Feta, to tempting tid-bits like Olive, crispy marinated Sumac Onion, Fig, Grape and Cucumber. The platter is served with a portion of the house Flat Bread (when ordered separately). Plates of Hummus, Baba Ghanoush and Whipped Feta, are also available separately on the menu.

An Arabian street-food classic prepared with a touch of luxe, Chicken Skewer Shawarma is packed with tender, juicy meat shaved from the rotisserie and enhanced by labneh (Greek-style strained yogurt) and sesame-enriched za’atar with its herby-spicy kick. Another highlight ‘From the Grill’ is Harissa Grilled King Prawn, which sees the large, plump crustaceans coated in a taste-bud-arousing paste of Tunisian-style hot chili peppers and spices, and served with cooling cucumber, tzatziki and toum, a moreish Lebanese garlic sauce.

Red-meat lovers will delight in Pork Belly Skewer and the premium pick of Dry Aged CAB Beef Sirloin (12 oz), with the Certified Angus Beef grilled to perfection and accompanied by grilled broccolini and house-specialty Ras El Hanout Fries when ordered as a separate dish) tossed in a powerful blend of Moroccan spices.

The bounty of Spain’s green fields appears in the Charcuterie Board, a delightful appetiser or Happy Hour hunger-pang antidote to share with family or friends. It features 4 kinds of cured pork – Ibèrico Ham, Loin, Chorizo and Salchichon – a finer sausage with spices and black pepper. Two sheep’s milk cheeses – the sweet, nutty Manchego (from La Mancha region) and the distinctively smoky Idiazabal – provide a creamy contrast to the saltiness of the cured meat.

Other delectable sharing plates to complement copious drinks comprise classics like chili-spiced Chicken Wings and Crunchy Fried Semi-dried Calamari. Flavourful Falafel and Spiced Butternut Squash with semi-dried tomato harissa and kataifi – delicate, crunchy strands of pastry from the Turkish kitchen – continue the compelling twists on popular comfort food.

For the Central crowd who are too busy to dine in, grab-and-go options are also available, including fresh vegan salads like Shaker Salad, and innovative Jar Desserts ideal for a quick, satisfying treat.
