As Plume marks its 2nd anniversary, the bar is set to celebrate this milestone with two extraordinary guest shift events on 11 and 12 April 2025, featuring some of the finest bartending talents from across the country.
On Friday, 11 April 2025 from 8:00pm until 11:00pm, Plume will kick off its 2nd anniversary celebration with ‘Femme Friday’, an electrifying guest shift that puts female empowerment front and centre. The evening will feature some of the industry’s most celebrated female talents:

Sip on Leanne’s Singapolitan, a refreshing blend of Hendrick’s Neptunia, Umeshu, lychee liqueur, strawberry cordial, lemon, and prosecco, which offers a vibrant twist on a classic, or delight in Valerie’s Second to None, an inventive concoction of Monkey Shoulder, Discarded Banana Rum, smoky honey syrup, ginger, and lemon, delivering a bold and unforgettable flavour profile. Try Joyce’s NY Sour for a sophisticated and balanced mix of Wild Turkey, lavender maple syrup, plum bitters, lemon, egg white, and port wine, while Sarang brings the caffeine kick with +1 For Oat, a rich blend of Discarded Banana Rum, Bon Bon Funk Coffee Liqueur, and espresso, ideal for discerning coffee lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike. As the night unfolds, watch the atmosphere come alive with entertainment from 8:30pm until 11:45pm, featuring an all-female band, with Amanda and Sarah on both vocals and guitar, and Emma on drums.
The celebrations continue on Saturday, 12 April 2025 from 10:00pm until 2:00am with ‘Sip Trips’, a wild and thrilling guest shift, which brings together six renowned bartenders from Singapore’s top cocktail establishments. These seasoned experts will each craft exclusive cocktails, pushing the boundaries of innovation and creativity in honour of the hotel bar’s anniversary:

Dive into a night of bold and daring creations from these masters of mixology. Akmal will take you on a tropical journey with the Ube, blending Hendrick’s Neptunia, coconut cream, ube, and jackfruit. Namdev’s El Plátano Bodega features Discarded Banana Rum, fat-washed Birria Mezcal, spiced banana agave, and chocolate bitters for a rich, adventurous experience.
Representing Bae’s Cocktail Club, Ralph will treat you to the Bae’s GnT, a refreshing mix of Hendrick’s Neptunia, white muscat grape, and peach kombucha. Bryan’s Champion of the Sun is a vibrant concoction of Campari, watermelon shrub, soda, and saline, which offers a fusion of sweet, savoury, and bitter flavours that come together for a refreshingly sophisticated experience. Daniel presents the Samba-Misu, a dessert-inspired delight, which combines Discarded Banana Rum, coffee liqueur, orange oleo, and cinnamon coconut foam, while Chipito brings the eclectic Chi Chi Man Chant, a flavour-packed mix of Discarded Banana Rum, Bulldog Gin, Campari, Monkey Shoulder Smokey Blended Malt, strawberry balsamic cordial, pineapple, grapefruit, and lime. From 10:00pm until 2:00am, get ready to dance the night away as DJ Chuin will turn the vibe electric, spinning non-stop beats that will elevate the atmosphere and keep the energy soaring throughout the night.

Beverage Manager Matthew Chan, a Certified Sommelier and Master Sake Sommelier, is renowned for his expertise and deep-rooted passion for wine education. His meticulously curated wine lists and menus have garnered international recognition, including earning Wine & Dine Stars and World Gourmet Summit Awards.
Complementing Matthew’s expertise is Bar Manager Siew Han Jun, whose tireless dedication to hospitality is the backbone of the bar’s excellence.
