Sweetheart’s Indulgence Buffet at Luce
For Valentine’s Day, Luce presents a Sweetheart’s Indulgence Buffet that unfolds as a thoughtfully composed expression of craft, generosity and romance, available for lunch and dinner on 14 February 2026. Anchored by an abundant spread of Italian and international signatures, the experience is elevated with a wide array of Seafood on Ice, offering a refreshing counterpoint of ocean-fresh flavours to begin the celebration. The Sweetheart Cherry Tart layered with dark rum cherries, chocolate custard and pistachio; the Forever Love Cupcake crowned with exotic berries and Earl Grey chamomile whipped cream; the Sweetie Chocolate Yuzu Gâteau pairing 64% dark chocolate with bright citrus notes; and a classic Fraisier Shortcake of Chantilly cream, summer berries and genoise sponge.
The savoury journey is equally indulgent, spanning risotto finished tableside in a Parmesan wheel with tiger prawns and asparagus, Gamberi with smoked scamorza, Gnocchi Gratinati baked with béchamel and spinach, and Chef Giuseppe’s signature Bombette Pugliese of Iberico pork collar. From slow-braised veal in milk and herbs to braised baby octopus, Shanghai-style pork knuckle, and a carving station of roasted Australian beef ribeye, LUCE invites couples to linger, share and savour – each lady welcomed with a single rose as a gentle Valentine’s touch, ending on a sweet crescendo befitting a day devoted to love.

The Lobby Lounge presents Craft of Romance, an intimate celebration of love expressed through deliberate gestures and the art of making. Available from 1 to 28 February 2026, Measured Devotion ($24++ per glass) is a handcrafted cocktail that reflects love shaped by patience and precision. Pisco is thoughtfully layered with Gayuma lychee, elderflower and peach, brightened by calamansi and deepened with a fino sherry reduction, before being finished with a delicate egg-white foam. Each element is carefully measured and assembled by hand, echoing the spirit of craftsmanship that once animated Bugis’ storied lanes.
For those drawn to timeless indulgence, the Oysters & Champagne Indulgence ($108++ per set) offers a classic ritual of celebration. From 12 to 15 February 2026, a dozen Sakoshi Bay oysters are paired with two glasses of Moët & Chandon Champagne, creating a refined moment of shared pleasure.
Completing the experience is Blanc d’Amour ($14++ per slice), available from 1 to 15 February 2026, presented as a pristine white heart and a quiet emblem of devotion. Beneath its sculpted exterior, layers of light vanilla sponge, pineapple chutney and delicate lime mousse unfold in measured harmony.
