For one night only, on 14 February 2026, the restaurant will host a curated 5-course ‘L’Amour à Le Midi’ journey, designed to weave a love story into every dish, creating memories that linger long after the final toast.
The evening begins with a delicate balloon-shaped burrata cheese starter, followed by a velvety Crustacean Bisque. For the main course, guests can choose from premium selections: Spit-Roasted Free-Range Chicken with Truffle, Pan-Roasted Threadfin Fillet, or a meatless Goat Cheese & Spinach Ravioli. The experience reaches its “Golden Finale” with an elegant Saffron Flan, accompanied by sweet Mignardises.
To ensure the celebration is truly sparkling, every couple will be treated to a complimentary glass of Pink Mimosa on the house as they soak in the skyline from Level 32.
