Signature dishes include Scallop Nikkei Carpaccio with finger lime and sesame ponzu; Tostada del Mar featuring marinated mackerel, chili ashes, and yuzu oil; and crowd-pleasing bites such as Crispy Corn Ribs (V) with chili butter, lime, and queso. Heartier highlights range from Peruvian Grilled Octopus with aji panca and smoked paprika to Nikkei Black Cod Miso glazed with yuzu butter, alongside indulgent tacos including Carnitas Tacos and the luxurious Wagyu Nikkei Taco finished with uni butter and soy-chipotle glaze. Desserts come with a flourish, led by Flambé Pineapple with rum flambé and coconut ice cream.
