This collaboration by the two world greats sees Angelo Musa land in Dubai linking up with Lambert, Senior Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Dubai. Their delicate chocolate dessert creation is served at Shai Salon at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach from February 21, 2022 for a limited time, alongside Angelo Musa’s signature Afternoon Tea.
Angelo Musa holds the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and is a World Pastry Champion, known for his ability to express the full flavour spectrum of a hero ingredient.
