Chocolate Caviar Afternoon Tea, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

Embark on an enchanting Caviar Chocolate Afternoon Tea on weekends in the Lion City and indulge in the finer things in life at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore!

Available every weekend until June 25, 2023, diners are invited to the hotel‘s Garden@One-Ninety for a unique and luxurious afternoon tea experience that marries the savoury-sweet flavours of delicate Caviar d’Eden pearls and velvety rich Valrhona chocolates.

Executive Sous-Chef Patrick Benedetti presents a delicious line-up of moreish savouries such as Wagyu Beef Bresaola with Smoked Burrata, Maine Lobster Brioche Roll with Organic Eggs and Black Truffle, as well as a Jumbo Lump Crab and Bottarga Tart, among others.

On the sweet side, guests can look forward to enjoying a chocolate discovery with specially handcrafted desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee.

Using a selection of gourmet Valrhona chocolates, Chef’s menu of sweets includes the Pistachio Financier with a creamy Opalys 33% white chocolate ganache, a Hazelnut Brownie made with malty cocoa-rich Jivara 40% and Passion Fruit, as well as a Chocolate Almond Choux with Manjari 64%, made from rare cocoa beans from Madagascar. The Black Forest Tart with aromatic Guanaja 70% dark chocolate, and the Chocolate and Raspberry Tart are sure to please as well for a richly decadent treat.

Not to be missed are Chef’s all-time favourite house-made scones that will be presented with a chocolatey twist using Valrhona Caraibe 66% Chocolate and Mint, served with clotted cream, lemon curd and strawberry rose preserves.

And for the ultimate indulgence, afternoon tea goers can choose to add on SGD 30 to enjoy 10 grams of premium Caivar d’Eden Russian Caviar served with buckwheat waffles and sour cream alongside the afternoon tea offerings.

To complement the food, Head Bartender Sophia Kang has also teamed up with Restaurant and Bar Manager Gabriel Carlos to present three chocolate-themed cocktails for the season. Sip on the Breakfast Martini 2.0, an easy-to-drink cocktail with a creamy mouthfeel, inspired by the sweet and zesty notes of an orange marmalade toast. Alternatively, choose an afternoon imbibing the Chocolate Glacé, a creative twist on a chocolate ice-cream with this bourbon-based tipple, or the Amère, a refreshing fizzy concoction for a toast to the weekend.

The Caviar and Chocolate Weekend Afternoon Tea is available every Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, until June 25, 2023. The menu can be viewed here.
