Crafted by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and Pastry Chef Christopher Eng, Portman’s Bar’s Chocoholic Bliss Afternoon Tea showcases a delectable assortment of chocolate-infused savouries, such as the Caprese Tart filled with Chocolate Balsamic, Vine Tomato, and Mozzarella Bocconcini, the Charcoal Bun with White Chocolate, Sustainable Salmon, and Urban Farm Dill, and the Smoked Chicken Crepe, Waffle Basket, and plant-based Moussaka, and more!
Indulge your sweet tooth with an array of chocolate-infused delights too! Prepare to be captivated by the Urban Farm Banana Tartlets, where Valrhona Opalys Chocolate meets a luscious banana compote. Discover the delightful Framboise Flower Pot, a raspberry chocolate pot adorned with yuzu curd and whipped mascarpone cream.
