Situated within a glittering new skyscraper next to the Petronas Towers, Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur has opened its doors. The luxury hotel forms the latest addition to the city’s dramatic skyline and a vibrant hub for both business and leisure travellers, Rising 65 storeys above the busy streets of the capital, the all-new Hotel is welcoming guests to dine, drink, shop, relax, entertain, meet and stay at Four Seasons, and for a select few, to call Four Seasons their new home.

Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle neighbourhood, Kuala Lumpur’s thriving business and financial district, the mixed-use tower includes 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, the 209-key Four Seasons hotel and a five-floor, and 300,000 square foot (27,900 square metre) luxury retail podium – collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur.

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is conveniently located next to the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Often referred to as a “city within a city,” the KLCC offers guests of the Hotel designer shopping, fine dining, and the best of the city’s electric nightlife. Acclaimed Four Seasons veteran and Executive Chef Junious Dickerson oversees the Hotel’s culinary programme, with six all-new venues introducing an exciting new era of inspiring dining, each well-appointed to take advantage of the Hotel’s idyllic location in the heart of the city and design-worthy ambiance. The ultra-luxurious hotel introduces a collection of extraordinary culinary experiences, redefining the city’s epicurean scene and cementing Four Seasons as the new gastronomic hub. These include the high-style Yun House for Cantonese specialities by Executive Chef Jimmy Wong, the chef showcase CurATE with its show kitchen, and Bar Trigona, a temple of modern cocktail culture with award-winning Head Bartender Ashish Sharma presiding.

Four Seasons brings its renowned global flair to the destination by way of the menus – ranging from traditional Cantonese to a mix of international flavours including western, pan-Asian and Arabic favourites, along with stylish cocktails fashioned by acclaimed mixologists.

Dickerson, a 30-year veteran chef with half of his career centred in Southeast Asia, is celebrated for creating extraordinary gastronomic experiences through artisanal cuisine that touches the heart and soul. In shaping the restaurant concepts and menus with the food and beverage team, Dickerson notes, “Each restaurant and lounge thoughtfully reflects the authenticity, imagination and innovation that is synonymous with Four Seasons, with special attention influenced by the thriving art scene in Kuala Lumpur.”

“Malaysia has some of the finest ingredients and unique traditions – and equally as impressive is the incredible amount of local farmers and purveyors, all of which have influenced our menus and will be integral in delivering outstanding culinary experiences,” Dickerson adds.

He has recruited two extraordinary experts in the food and beverage community – acclaimed Chinese Chef Jimmy Wong, specialising in traditional Cantonese cuisine, and award-winning bartender Ashish Sharma. “Chef Jimmy and Ashish both bring an incredible vision, meticulous attention to detail, and undeniable talent to their craft – and our guests will have the unique opportunity to witness their respective showmanship and savour their artisanal creations,” noted Chef Junious Dickerson.

Inspired by Malaysia’s rich and diverse flora, celebrated head bartender Ashish Sharma has developed a captivating menu with an emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients. The Lounge at Four Seasons – Paying homage to Malaysia’s traditional open-air dwellings, The Lounge transports guests to an enchanting setting – bringing the outdoors in, with an elegant, yet relaxed ambiance. In true Four Seasons fashion, The Lounge is the heart of the Hotel – a sophisticated setting, yet accessible and inviting. The Hotel also offers an executive lounge for business travellers, a serene spa, a wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur’s endless skyline.
