The restaurant is spacious, but expect a big buffet crowd, at least on a Saturday lunch, judging by our visit in early May. Food Capital is situated mainly indoors, with full-height floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which provided ample lighting while creating a warm and welcoming ambience for guests along with the view of the Singapore River.

*Buffet menus are subject to changes.
