Hendrick’s Gin pop-up Bangkok: The Gin brand presents a spectacular line-up of refreshing tipples to accompany all modes of holiday merriment during festive season 2023. This peculiar and delightfully enchanting Hendrick’s Gin Festive Pop-Up at is hosted at Abar, Marriott Marquis hotel in downtown Bangkok. The venue has been transformed into an enchanting world of Hendrick’s with fantastical festive cocktails, delightful nibbles and delicacies, and one-of-a-kind gift-wrapping workshop.

To ignite the festive cheers, guests indulged in a three-course dining, with a table-side cooking show by Chef Christiano; that is accompanied by Hendrick’s very own festive concoctions.

This is followed by the second course, a refreshing dish of Smoked Salmon with Cucumber and Crème Sauce that is paired with Hendrick’s very own ‘Christmas Sparkler.’ A magical blend of Hendrick’s Original, mint, strawberry, earl grey fortified wine, marlic acid, and sparkling wine, with a little sprinkle of mint and strawberry garnishes.

Last but not least, before the dessert course, a mouthwatering Risotto Truffle, paired with ‘Mistletoe Mingle,’ – an oddly inspired cocktail with a green hue, that features Hendrick’s Neptunia, rosemary vermouth, green chartreuse and lemon bitters, served alongside lemon peel and baby rose garnishes. This is sweetly finished off with the Salted Caramel Crème & Puff, topped with a Christmas chocolate stick.

The Festive Pop-Up at Abar is an extension of Hendrick’s very own Refreshing Encounters campaign, based on unexpected moments, that strives to prompt curiosity, and break free from convention. A constant reminder of the unique infusion of rose and cucumber, which yields an extraordinarily inviting gin that is a rare union of lightness and complexity can be enjoyed all year long.

Hendrick’s Gin Festive Serve Recipes

Hendrick’s French 75
Ingredients:
1 part (30mL) Hendrick’s Gin
1/3 part (10mL) Simple Syrup
1/3 part (10mL) Lemon Juice
3 parts (top) with Champagne
Lemon Twist to Garnish
Add Hendrick’s Gin, simple syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake well and fine strain into a flute. Top with Champagne and finish with a lemon twist to garnish.

Hendrick’s Cranberry Fizz
Ingredients:
1 part (30mL) Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts (60mL) Cranberry Juice
1 part (30mL) Sparkling Wine or Soda Water
Cucumber Slices, Mint sprig & Cranberries to Garnish

Combine all ingredients in a highball filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir before garnishing with 2 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber, cranberries and mint.
