Valentine’s Day 2025 SoCal cocktails

At SoCal, guests can fall for the gin-based SoCal in Love cocktail or be courted by the refreshing pineapple and yuzu of the Sour Love mocktail.

Baking romance into goodies and cakes is Butter. Strawberry Champagne Mousse and Madagascar Vanilla come together in the Heart Desire Cake as a Chocolate Raspberry Mousse on Pistachio Sponge forms the Amour Berry Bliss Cake.

For a perfect Valentine’s evening date, the Fireplace Grill & Bar Valentine’s Set Dinner enchants with Roasted Boston Lobster, Coffee Marinated Australian Lamb and Dover Sole. The tantalising Whisper of Chocolate and Cherry, a dark chocolate sphere with cherry ganache, brings the meal to a sweet finish.

The Fireplace Grill and Bar Valentine’s Set Dinner takes place 14 February 2025 and is priced THB 7,000++ per couple with optional wine pairing starting from THB 1,500++ per person.

The Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea set is available daily from 1 February 2025 to 28 February 2025 from 14.30 hours to 17.30 hours for THB 1,100++ for one person or THB 1,990++ for two. While the 60 Minutes of Pure Valentine Bliss package is available with a Come 2 Pay 1 promotion priced THB 3,900 ++ per person at SPA InterContinental from 1 February 2025 to 28 February 2025.
