From 2 to 28 August 2025, guests are invited to celebrate SG60 with a collection of specially priced SGD$60 offerings across the hotel’s award-winning dining destinations – from an indulgent afternoon tea experience at The Lobby Lounge and celebratory buffet spreads with a 60-cake showcase at LUCE, to local-inspired Cantonese signatures at Man Fu Yuan. In the spirit of the nation’s birthday, diners will be able to savour The Lobby Lounge’s Signature Premium Local Favourites at $60nett each (U.P. $81.50nett), exclusively available from 7 to 10 August 2025. Drawing inspiration from Singapore’s multicultural palate and collective love for bold, wok-kissed flavours, guests can look forward to the InterContinental Black Truffle Beef Hor Fun, where silky fried rice noodles are paired with ICON XB premium Wagyu striploin, crowned with a slow-cooked 63°C organic egg, micro cilantro, black truffle, and edible gold flakes. The indulgence continues with Spiny Lobster Laksa, an elevated interpretation of a local must-have featuring whole Australian lobster, braised abalone in an aromatic coconut laksa broth. On two Saturdays – 2 and 9 August 2025, guests are invited to indulge in a specially priced buffet lunch at $60nett per person (U.P. $82.73nett), where beloved Italian classics are paired with thoughtful reinterpretations of local favourites, each dish crafted to honour Singapore’s vibrant culinary identity.
From Italy, savour comforting favourites such as Gnocchi ai Formaggi, artisanal potato dumplings enveloped in a rich blend of four cheeses and scented with oregano; the hearty Ragout alla Napoletana, featuring slow-braised pork ribs and Italian sausage in a tangy tomato sauce; and Spezzatino di Maiale, a rustic Iberico pork stew simmered with white wine, tomato, and aromatic fennel seeds.
