Japanese restaurant Hamasei opens at Hilton Bali Resort

Hamasei restaurant Hilton Bali news: the island of the gods resort has announced the opening of a new Japanese dining destination that brings the heritage and talent of the renowned Sushi Sei Group to the island, perched on the top of the cliff with birds’ eye view of the ocean.

The award-winning Sushi Sei Group is one of Indonesia’s first Japanese restaurants and they bring decades of culinary expertise to this new chapter. Sushi Sei Group won the Adikarya Wisata Award and Honorary Trophy from the Japanese Embassy in Jakarta. Their legacy shows how committed they were to being innovative and sharing culture.

Hamasei Dragon Roll

Located on the lobby level of Hilton Bali Resort, HamaSei brings together three beloved Japanese dining styles – Teppanyaki, Robatayaki, Sushi and Sashimi – into one seamless and immersive experience. Guests can enjoy the live action of teppan grilling, the Smokey flavours of robata skewers and the delicious sushi or sashimi, all while looking out at the peaceful Indian Ocean.

With a simplicity of layout, the Hilton Bali restaurant is dedicated to providing guest with authentic experiences. The menu focuses on premium ingredients and high skilled cooking by the Sushi Sei Group. Guests can try sashimi, sushi, tepanyaki and robatayaki in one place. Desserts also carefully made to give traditional flavours a new twist. Every dish reflects the Japanese hospitality or widely known as “omotenashi”.

HamaSei open for dinner from 6PM to 10PM and caters for guests that seek a refined evening experience.
