Dubai Jumeriah brunch news: Available every Saturday from 1:00pm – 4:00pm, a new sharing-style set menu provides the perfect invitation to start the weekend in unhurried style, inspired by sun-soaked afternoons spent with friends and family. Jou Jou Brasserie at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach welcomes guests to embrace the art of leisurely Mediterranean mealtimes with the ‘Lazy Saturday Brunch’.

To begin the brunch experience, guests can savour unlimited starters, including fresh Sea Bass, served with a citrus mostarda, orange zest and drizzled with citrus vinaigrette, creating a fusion of bright, sweet and spicy flavours. The Ricciola sees rich and meaty Hamachi fish, complemented by capsicum, aromatic basil and finished with a splash of spicy Espelette vinaigrette, made with chilli peppers cultivated from a town in the French Basque Country by the same name. Refresh with the earthy Artichoke Salad, made with tender baby spinach, nutty parmigiano Reggiano and topped with crispy topinambur. The Gambas are a Jou Jou Brasserie signature, made with sustainable Omani white prawns, sautéed in home-made lobster butter crafted from leftover shells and finished with a touch of crispy crusco pepper from Italy.

Guests can choose from a trio of mains that celebrate the heart of Mediterranean cooking, including the comforting Beef Ravioli, inspired by Casoncelli alle bergamasca, a traditional stuffed fresh pasta dish from Bergamo, Italy that reflects the area’s rural roots and richness. Olive jus, made with distinctive taggiasche olives from Liguria and smooth cream sauce complete the dish. The Fregola Alla Norma is a rustic Sicilian style tomato semolina pasta, with smoky fried eggplant, pine nuts and finished with salted ricotta cheese. The Provençale Sea Bream pairs ratte potatoes, distinctively sweet Datterino tomatoes, briny capers, kalamata olives and mussel jus.

Dessert is the timeless Italian favourite, Tiramisu, decadent layers of delicate Savoiardi biscuits are soaked with rich freshly-brewed coffee, then topped with light and velvety mascarpone cream. Desserts at Jou Jou are crafted by award-winning Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert, celebrated for his refined approach to the classics.

Alongside the curated brunch menu, guests can enjoy a selection of unlimited mocktails, wine and beers.
