Luce seafood buffet

Luce seafood buffet news: InterContinental Singapore’s Italian restaurant is introducing a decadent new dining experience with the launch of its seafood night buffet, ‘Hooked at Luce’. Available every Wednesday and Thursday evening from 8 October to 13 November 2025, the buffet is priced at $108++ per adult and $54++ per child. Designed as the ultimate midweek escape, the buffet combines premium seafood, Italian culinary soul, and a touch of dining theatre – redefining what a weekday dinner can be.

At the heart of the spread is a spectacular seafood on ice display, brimming with treasures from the sea – from freshly shucked live oysters and succulent Boston lobster to sweet Australian yabbies, plump tiger prawns, black mussels, and half-shell scallops. Rich, velvety lobster bisque further enhances the seafood offering, while a rotation of hot dishes ensures variety at every visit.

Theatrical live stations bring an interactive flair to the evening. Savour oven-roasted Angus Beef Ribeye, carved to order and complemented by a choice of premium Pommery mustards and rosemary jus. The Italian highlight comes in the form of Tagliolini Gamberetti e Crema di Limone, where artisanal egg pasta with shrimp and lemon cream is tossed theatrically in a parmesan cheese wheel. Guests can also enjoy gueridon service, with chefs presenting refined seafood creations tableside, such as Pesce al Cartoccio e Calamarata (wild-caught fish baked in parchment with potato, olives, and pasta) or Tubettini ai Frutti di Mare (short pasta in a velvety seafood sauce with cherry tomatoes and garlic).

True to Luce’s Italian soul, artisanal pinsa and pastas anchor the buffet. Standouts include the Nero di Seppia Pinsa, layered with squid ink tomato sauce, mussels, clams, prawns, and basil pesto; the Mafalde al Ragù di Cernia, featuring ribbon-like pasta with flower grouper in marinara sauce; and the hearty Fregola Sarda Vongole e Ceci, a Sardinian pearl pasta with clams, chickpeas, and cherry tomatoes.

Adding depth and local flair, the menu also embraces Asian signatures such as Singapore Chilli Prawn with golden mantou, Chilli Flower Crab, Steamed Squid with Sichuan Vegetables, and Deep-fried Tiger Prawn with Citrus Soy Sauce, offering bold, spice-laced flavours alongside the Italian indulgence.

No midweek celebration is complete without dessert. Guests can linger over an elegant finale of confections, from zesty Lemon Meringue Tartlets and Cappuccino Mousse Cake, to Vanilla Crème Caramel, Black Velvet Cake, and the richly nostalgic Coconut Palm Sugar Cake.
