Guests will begin their experience with delectable brasserie-style starters showcasing authentic French cuisine. Aubergine Mille-Feuille, a delicate layering of aubergine, buffalo mozzarella, and tomato sauce with a hint of basil, promises to delight the palate. The Truffle Gratinee features a rich blend of mimolette cheese and ziti pasta enveloped in a luscious truffle cream, offering a decadent start.
