On Sunday 11th August (12:00-15:00 hrs.), the hotel’s talented chefs invite moms to experience a sophisticated afternoon of fine food and live music at the Sunday Jazzy Brunch. Staged at Rossini’s, the acclaimed Michelin-rated Italian ristorante, and The Living Room, Bangkok’s premier jazz venue, this upbeat event will transport diners on a global gastronomic voyage with French oysters, seafood on ice, smoked salmon, Italian cold cuts, premium cheeses, prime chargrilled meats and seafood (porchetta, rib of beef, lamb racks, and salmon), Thai, Chinese Indian and Western dishes, plus a show kitchen serving pan-seared duck liver with mango jam and balsamic reduction.
This luxurious feast will also treat every guest to half a lobster thermidor with foie gras, served at the table, and all moms will enjoy a choice of exquisite Mother’s Day desserts, including jasmine-inspired almond & blueberry tart, heart macarons, butterfly pea infused milk pudding, and rice balls in coconut milk, alongside a selection of sumptuous sweet and live stations.

The Sunday Jazzy Brunch special pricing for adults via LINE Shop is THB 2,500 net per person (normal price THB 3,167 net). Teenagers aged 13 – 18 years old can enjoy the buffet for THB 1,884 net per person, while children aged 6 – 12 years old can dine for THB 1,648 net per person. As a special treat, all mothers will receive a complimentary gift.
Then on Mother’s Day itself, Monday 12th August (12:00-15:00 hrs.), loved ones can come together at Orchid Café, the vibrant dining venue overlooking Sukhumvit Road, and share an enticing International Lunch Buffet. Having been warmly welcomed and presented with a “Love at First Sight” mocktail – vibrant blend of jasmine tea, lime juice, jasmine syrup, blue syrup & coconut milk – families can savour a sensational lunchtime feast featuring seafood on ice, sushi & sashimi, smoked salmon, Italian cold cuts and cheeses. Guests can also tuck into sizzling seafood and prime meats from the live grill and embark on a culinary journey to Thailand, China, India and Europe with delicacies such as sous-vide duck legs in wild berry jus, crab curry with betel leaves, homemade dim sum, chicken tikka and much more. Every mom can then end their meal with dedicated Mother’s Day desserts.
The International Lunch Buffet is available at a special price for adults via LINE Shop at just THB 1,600 net per person (normal price THB 2,119 net).
