Savio Sunday Brunch Bangkok: Chatrium Grand Bangkok, the icon of luxury hospitality in the heart of Siam, has launched an exciting new Sunday brunch concept that will immerse diners in the culinary wonders of China with premium ingredients such as Peking duck, Boston lobster, Hong Kong crispy pork, abalone, fish maw, delectable dim sum and so much more!

The Opulent Chinese Sunday Brunch transports guests’ taste buds to the Middle Kingdom with an amazing array of authentic delicacies, carefully prepared by Chef Natthawut Siha, who has two decades of experience and trained under top Chinese chefs and dim sum masters. This upbeat weekend feast takes place at Savio, the hotel’s stylish international dining destination which is adorned with dramatic art installations and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows.

An original Asian twist on the classic Sunday brunch concept, this new culinary experience is a thrill for every lover of Chinese cuisine. Perfectly suited to families, friends and couples alike, it will showcase a wide range of delicious dishes, live cooking stations, tableside service and open kitchens, to create a dynamic and interactive atmosphere.

Diners are treated to an endless array of delectable Chinese dishes using indulgent ingredients such as abalone, Boston lobster, grouper and river prawns.

Chef Natthawut also visits every guest to serve his signature Peking duck at the tableside, with unlimited meat and all the traditional accompaniments and condiments, and dedicated dim sum trolleys tour the restaurant presenting guests with heavenly handcrafted varieties including luxurious Boston lobster ha gao in spicy oil, spinach & black truffle ha gao, pork & foie gras shumai and more.

Barbecued delicacies include sublime suckling pig and Hong Kong crispy pork, a teppanyaki counter specialises in stir-fried Chinese turnip cakes with shrimp and Chinese chive dumplings.

Sublime soups include fish maw & crab, steamed grouper, and “Monk Jumps Over the Wall”, and a selection of noodle soups are filled with mouth-watering roasted meats and wontons.

In the traditional spirit of Sunday brunch, the gastronomic adventure at Savio also showcases a selection of succulent seafood on ice, with tiger prawns, crab claws, blue crab, crayfish, razor clams, mussels and Babylon whelks. A sushi counter also sees highly skilled chefs make fresh sushi, sashimi, maki and nigiri. And of course, no weekend feast is complete without an extensive selection of sweet treats, and every guest will enjoy unlimited Chinese tea throughout their meal.

The Opulent Chinese Sunday Brunch is staged at Savio every Sunday from now until 17th December 2023 (12.00-15.00 hrs), priced at just THB 2,688++ per adult and THB 1,344++ per child. Bookings of three guests can also take advantage of an exclusive “Come 4, Pay 3” promotion! A beverage package with free-flow sparkling wine, red & white wine and beer is available for a supplement of THB 788.
