Pacific Emporium afternoon tea offer: The award-winning café and restaurant at Pan Pacific Singapore presents a refreshed afternoon tea experience that pays homage to Singapore’s culinary heritage, crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Edina Si and her Pastry Team. The local-inspired afternoon tea is served daily, with two seatings available from 1:00pm until 3:00pm (First seating) and 4:00pm until 6:00pm (Second seating).

Guests are welcomed with the Nyonya Bloom, a signature welcome drink infused with a harmonious blend of peach, passionfruit, aromatic pandan, and rich ‘gula melaka’. This is followed by an exquisite afternoon tea menu, which presents an array of delectable savouries, such as Otah-otah with ‘Five Spice’ Meringue, Spicy-sweet Prawn and Mango Toast, Tamarind-infused Beef Pastrami on Rye, Scallop and XO Butter Tea Sandwich, and Quail Parfait and ‘Gula Melaka’ Tart. Indulge in a selection of delightful sweets, including the Peranakan Tile, Citrus Osmanthus Mousse, Black Sesame Mochi Tart, Teh Halia Cheesecake, Chilli Chocolate Éclair, as well as Classic and Date Scones.

On weekdays, guests are invited to enjoy a local delight in addition to the sweet and savoury pastries served on a three-tiered stand. Savour the Lobster Pie Tee, Beef Cheek Rendang, Penang Prawn Noodle Soup, or Mee Siam, for a truly elevated afternoon tea experience. Exclusively on weekends, the afternoon tea transforms into an indulgent buffet-style affair, with a Chef’s Speciality Showcase offering unlimited servings of Beef Cheek Rendang, Penang Prawn Noodle Soup, Mee Siam, and Classic Waffle with Ice Cream. A Do-it-yourself Station is also available for guests to create their own Lobster Pie Tee.

Select from the finest TWG teas or Lavazza coffee for the perfect afternoon tea accompaniment, or elevate the experience with an optional add-on of a glass of Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne and indulge in bubbly bliss.
