The Edge Easter Singapore 2025 offer from Pan Pacific Singapore invites guests to partake in a festive celebration filled with exquisite culinary offerings and joyful activities for the whole family. From 18 April until 20 April 2025, Edge hotel restaurant will host an Easter-themed buffet dinner, lunch, and a special brunch, all designed to create lasting memories.

The Easter-themed buffet dinner, curated by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team, running from 18 April until 20 April, features a sumptuous array of dishes. Guests will be delighted by the Sous Vide Kurobuta Pork Loin, extremely tender and complemented by a Maple Mustard Sauce that adds a touch of sweetness. The Whole Turbot en Papillote, wrapped in parchment paper, releases fragrant steam as it’s unveiled, showcasing delicate fish cooked with fresh herbs and vegetables. For seafood lovers, the Seafood Bouillabaisse offers a vibrant medley that evokes the charm of coastal living, with each spoonful rich in flavour.

As the centrepiece of this culinary experience, the 12 Hours Slow Roasted Gigantic Veal Leg takes centre stage, with its golden crust and tender meat served alongside Yorkshire pudding, symbolising the warmth of family gatherings. The Grass Fed Leg of Lamb, marinated and roasted to perfection, brings a rustic charm to the table, while the Honey Glazed House Smoked Virginia Ham entices guests with its sweet and smoky flavours. In a nod to sustainability, the Sustainable Salmon Confit with Citrus Emulsion and Pea Puree provides a refreshing twist, celebrating the beauty of responsible dining.
