The Exclusive Birthday Brunch Celebration is ideal for 10 guests and includes a handmade birthday cake (2 lbs.), two bottles of bubbly and the Sunday Jazzy Brunch at Rossini’s, the Michelin-rated Italian ristorante, or basil, the hotel’s vibrant new Thai restaurant. For grander private gatherings, the Luxury Birthday Brunch Celebration is perfect for 30 people and also includes a handmade birthday cake (2 lbs.), six bottles of bubbly and a bountiful brunch at basil.
Lobster, Sunday Jazzy Brunch
The Sunday Jazzy Brunch transports diners on a global gastronomic journey, with ports of call in Thailand, China, Japan, India, Italy and many more delectable destinations. Guests can savor the finest sustainably sourced seafood on ice, including freshly-shucked oysters, tiger prawns, river prawns, white shrimps, New Zealand mussels, rock lobster, king crab and snow crab, while a dedicated Japanese station presents hand-cut sushi and sashimi. Guests can also enjoy smoked fish with blinis.
Worldwide flavors include authentic Italian antipasti, a live pasta station, Indian delights, traditional Thai dishes and Chinese specialties such as barbecued pork, duck and a dedicated dim sum station.
