Restaurant Keyaki Tempura Indulgence oddwe: From now until 21 August 2024, Executive Chef of Japanese Cuisine Naohisa Yamada introduces a curated menu of handcrafted seasonal tempura treasures at Pan Pacific Singapore hotel’s Japanese Restaurant.
Each new and exclusive tempura dish of this ‘Tempura Indulgence’ has been carefully selected by Chef Yamada and prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients flown-in directly from Japan, such as Japanese Tiger Prawn, Hokkaido Scallop, and Japanese White Corn. Highlights on the menu include Sea Urchin Tempura, Snow Crab Tempura, and Ayu Tempura.
Guests can also indulge in Keyaki’s diverse range of authentic Japanese cuisine, such as sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki, or leave the dining experience entirely in the hands of master chefs with the restaurant’s signature omakase experience, artistically prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients. To complement the meal, Keyaki’s beverage list showcases exquisite sakes and spirits from every corner of Japan.
The ‘Tempura Indulgence’ à la carte menu is available daily, for lunch from 11:30pm – 2:30pm and dinner from 6:00pm – 10:30pm.
