The menu includes Asian and Thai-inspired dishes, as well as international fare, with appetizers like the Smoked Salmon with Tofu, Avocado, Spring Sprouts and Japanese Dressing and Spicy Pomelo Salad with Crispy Shallots, Shrimp, Roasted Coconut and Peanuts. Larger dishes include Pla Thord Sam Ros (sea bass filet fried with sweet and sour chili sauce), Panaeng Goong Yang (red curry with grilled prawns), and a Beef Tenderloin Burger with traditional fixings and steak fries. The robust dessert menu includes treats like Lemon Ricotta Cheese Cake with Wild Berries Coulis, specialty ice creams, and Seasonal Tropical Fruit with Lime, Salty and Spiced Sugar.

For guests traveling with children, Vana Belle provides a special menu of kid-friendly dishes with delicious treats and healthy options for both adventurous young gourmands and the pickiest of eaters.
