Curiosa Four Seasons Doha hotel new: Inspired by authentic Latin culture, the restaurant Curiosa features an innovative menu and design that invites visitors with warmth and vibrancy. Echoing the ‘hacienda’ style architecture of Latin-America and Spain, every aspect of the restaurant is firmly influenced by its vibrant culture including a large terrace area of newly landscaped gardens overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Indoors, the open kitchen serves as the focal point of the four separate dining rooms, including a private space, each offering a unique experience, as well as a cosy bar rich in deep green and yellow hues that mirrors the indoor and outdoor setting; bridging the deep greens of the indoor with the freshness of the outdoor terrace. Featuring four distinct settings, each room has its own unique and distinctive personality in which all forms of art adorn every corner.

The menu, created by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and helmed by Executive Chef Edgar Hurtado, offers a diverse array of Latin-inspired bites designed to please exquisite tastes. “Curiosa is such an exciting concept, where the food is the perfect blend of cultures, textures, colours and flavours,” says Chef Edgar Hurtado. “I look forward to welcoming guests to discover the bursting flavours of the cuisine and the warm, vibrant spirit of Latin feasts.”

Notable standouts on the menu are the Charred Octopus with smoked paprika crème fraîche and guajillo vinaigrette as well as the Organic Arroz Con Pollo with crackling skin and lemon zest.
