New Hong Kong flavours buffet at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay, Singapore hotel

The Peppermint Hong Kong buffet in Singapore is being served by PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, available from 23 August (Dinner) until 30 September 2024. Curated by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his team, this culinary affair showcases a selection of famous and comforting Hong Kong specialities.

The Flavours of Hong Kong invites diners on a nostalgic gastronomic journey through the following stations:

  • The Aberdeen (Fishing Village) features the freshest catch of the day with dishes such as Oyster Porridge and Cold Cuttlefish with Mustard and Soya Sauce.
  • Experience Hong Kong’s vibrant street food culture at Dai Pai Dong (Big Licence Stall), offering traditional dishes such as Typhoon Shelter Crab, Lobster in Superior Stock, and Steamed Lobster with Garlic.
  • Discover the culinary legacy of The Kowloon Walled City, a once-densely populated enclave, with iconic dishes paying homage to the unique district including Kowloon Walled City Claypot Duck and Salted Duck Egg Chicken Claypot Rice.
    Classic Cha Chaan Teng (Tea Restaurant) and dim sum offerings, including Cantonese-Western Seafood Baked Rice, Prawn Toast, and Hong Kong Curry Beef Brisket.
  • For dessert, indulge in well-loved Hong Kong treats such as Lotus Paste Sago Pudding, Double Boiled Milk Custard, Bolo Buns, Egg Tarts and many more.

Beyond the Hong Kong delights, Peppermint’s buffet also brings an international selection such as a Seafood Island, a Japanese Station complete with fresh sashimi and sushi, a Salad Bar with crisp greens and many more.

Peppermint is thrilled to have recently attained the Highest Tier in the Farm-to-Table Recognition Programme by the Singapore Food Agency, procuring at least 15% of local produce from three or more food categories.

Weekday Lunch (Mondays to Thursdays, excluding eve of public holidays and public holidays,
12:00pm to 2:30pm)
SGD72++ per adult and SGD36++ per child (6 to 12 years old)

Weekday Dinner (Mondays to Thursdays, excluding eve of public holidays and public holidays,
6:30pm to 10:00pm)
SGD98++ per adult and SGD49++ per child (6 to 12 years old)

Weekend Lunch (Fridays to Sundays, including eve of public holidays and public holidays, 12:00pm to 3:00pm)
SGD82++ per adult and SGD41++ per child (6 to 12 years old)

Weekend Dinner (Fridays to Sundays, including eve of public holidays and public holidays, 6:30pm to 10:00pm)
SGD112++ per adult and SGD56++ per child (6 to 12 years old)
