Chef Qureshi’s deep-rooted family heritage from Lucknow, a city renowned for its gastronomic history, shines through in his masterful creations. He draws inspiration from his great-grandfather, Mohammed Yusuf Qureshi, head chef to Nawab Wajid Ali Shah in the 18th century. The stories of opulent feasts prepared for royalty fuelled his passion for cooking, which was nurtured as he helped his father in the family catering business.
