In November a Rossini’s restaurant Michelin dinner takes place at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. This exceptional gastronomic event promises to define the city’s fine dining calendar. For a limited engagement, Chef Denis Lucchi, the acclaimed culinary artist behind Buona Terra, Singapore (One Michelin Star), will transform Rossini’s restaurant into a stage of Italian mastery and emotion.

The Highlight – A Michelin Prelude for Only Ten Guests

An exclusive Michelin Lunch on 8 November offers just ten privileged seats – a truly private affair reserved for those who wish to be the first to experience Chef Lucchi’s artistry in an intimate, behind-the-scenes setting.

This 10-seat prelude is not merely a meal; it is a collector’s moment – an encounter with Michelin excellence before the curtain rises. Each dish will be presented personally by Chef Lucchi, sharing his inspiration and philosophy in a way never before seen in Bangkok.

For the following evenings, on 7 and 8 November, diners will journey through a six-course symphony of Italian flavours, celebrating authenticity, innovation, and the rare beauty of culinary precision.

The experience is elevated by elegant beverage pairings curated to complement each course, capturing the true spirit of The Luxury Collection — a story of craftsmanship, culture, and refined indulgence.

“At Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, we curate experiences that transcend the ordinary – where culture, cuisine, and creativity converge. This Michelin collaboration embodies the spirit of The Luxury Collection – rare, refined, and deeply memorable,” says Anne Poonnika, Executive Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing.

“Cooking for an intimate audience allows me to connect personally — to share not just flavor, but feeling. This lunch is about storytelling through taste,” says Chef Denis Lucchi.
