Two evenings of extraordinary mixology by celebrated bartenders from two of Asia’s most distinguished bars will take place at Arthur’s Bar & Grill. Each guest shift runs from 6.00pm to 10.00pm only, offering a limited-time opportunity to savour expertly crafted cocktails in the stylish bar and restaurant setting.
Origin bar guest shift at Arthur’s Bar & Grill
On 24 April, Arthur’s will host the talented team from Origin Bar, Singapore, featured in the acclaimed Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. Esteemed mixologists Aki and Marcu Soh will be showcasing a selection of eight sake and shochu-based cocktails, crafted with precision and flair. Known for their refined creativity and bold interpretations of classic flavours, the duo will feature premium IIchiko Shochu and Kiku Masamune Sake, specially curated in partnership with Makoto House. With a shared passion for flavour innovation and Asian ingredients, the duo brings their signature style and elegance to this one-night appearance in Kuala Lumpur.
The experience continues on 25 April with a guest shift by Volkan Ibil, Beverage Manager of The Back Room at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila – one of the Philippines’ most awarded bars and a staple on Tatler’s Top 20 Bars. Hailing from Turkey, Volkan is known for his narrative-driven cocktail style, drawing global inspiration to create complex, imaginative serves.

For this special appearance, Volkan will present four signature cocktails featuring premium spirits including Patrón Silver Tequila, Bacardi 8 YO Rum, Dewar’s 15 YO Whisky, and Bombay Sapphire Gin – all designed to offer guests a bold, contemporary drinking experience.
