The Hermitage Jakarta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is Indonesia’s first Tribute Portfolio. Launched in 2015, the unique, five-star hotel resides in a century-old historic building in the heart of Jakarta with 90 beautiful rooms and suites in eight categories with sizes starting from 40 sqm.

With the new direction, The Hermitage Jakarta is now operating as an all-club benefit hotel where guests can get remarkable perks during the stay. The decision is backed up by emerging market demand after the difficult times during the pandemic as the world is slowly recovering. To achieve the new mission, The Hermitage Jakarta has implemented particular strategies, such as transforming the hotel’s main restaurant into 1928 Restaurant, a destination restaurant that celebrates the diversity of Indonesian cuisine as well as a colonial heritage; adding experimental activities for guests, including museum and art gallery visits, Menteng Historical Walk, and Jalan Surabaya short tour; providing add-on benefits, namely in-room check-in and turn down service; and offering club benefit inclusions for in-house guests, such as daily complimentary all-day coffee and tea and complimentary wine, beer, cocktails, and special food and beverage club menu between 6 pm to 8 pm.

The Hermitage Jakarta is now also providing their Guardian Service to ensure guests’ remain comfortable during their stay. The Guardian is a personal assistant who helps guests arrange in-house activities and all hospitality needs start from the pre arrival period, during the stay, and post departure. The services include assisting in the room check-in and check-out process, making dining reservations, arranging transportation, and many more. “The presence of The Guardian is very crucial to elevate our presence and service.
