For a hearty main course, the Mount Schanck Lamb Rack is presented with seasonal vegetables and natural jus, while the Traditional Wagyu Beef Bourguignon showcases a six-hour braised Wagyu beef cheek in a rich red wine reduction, paired with velvety potato mousseline.
