As lanterns begin to glow and the moon prepares to rise in its full splendour, the Mid-Autumn Festival returns once again to unite families and communities through storytelling, moon-gazing, and the sharing of mooncakes. This year, I wanted to craft flavours that honour heritage while capturing a sense of balance, warmth and connection.
