Witness the hotel transform into an enchanted pink wonderland and revel in the splendour of a two-metre tall ‘live’ Christmas tree decked in shades of pink and silver at the lobby. To hype up the joyous atmosphere, guests can also enjoy special choir performances on Christmas Eve and Day.

No Christmas celebration is complete without the signature Carlton Classic Log Cake ($68nett for 1kg), and Christmas Fruit Cake ($38nett for 450g). The new festive takeaway repertoire showcases impressive sweet creations such as Golden Bird’s Nest Yule Log ($78nett for 1kg) or decadent Strawberry Shortcake Bliss Yule Log ($78nett for 1kg).
Complementing the Yuletide sweets are highly anticipated festive savouries. Perennial favourites including the hotel’s signature Traditional Roasted Turkey ($188nett for 5kg). A time-honoured Christmas classic choice for a centrepiece on any festive spread, come with sides of sautéed vegetables and chestnut stuffing, with cranberry marmalade and savoury brown sauce complementing the flavours of the delectable roast in its own distinctive way.
Satiate hearty appetites with exquisite meats this year such as the Grain-fed Angus Beef Ribs ($228nett for 2.5kg), accompanied with roasted potatoes, sautéed vegetables and red wine jus. These ribs are slow-cooked to perfection and are sure to become a festive favourite.
The new perfectly succulent Slow-cooked Pork Belly Roulade ($128nett for 2kg) is roasted for over 3 hours. It is wonderfully flavoursome with a crispy crust and accompanying this long-standing festive delight are roasted potatoes, sautéed vegetables, natural pork jus and mustard sauce. It makes an impressive centrepiece for a dinner party or family meal. Other quintessential staple of the season Honey Baked Bone-in Gammon Ham ($268nett for 6kg) served with sautéed vegetables, natural pork jus, cranberry sauce and pineapple chutney.

Merry Feasts at Plate (4 to 31 December 2023)
Immerse in the merriment of holiday feasting as it begins early at Plate (level 3 of the hotel), and enjoy the restaurant’s festive touches on the buffet feasts featuring a wide-randing spread of Asian and International delights.
Begin the fete with an array of salads and appetisers including Beet Salad with Orange Wedges, Fruity Summer Shrimp and Turkey Ham with Cranberry. Fans of fresh seafood will clamour for the pristine flavours of fresh Seafood-on-Ice with a selection of oysters, lobsters, tiger prawns, snow crabs, cherry clams and green lip mussels.
With the season being perfect for revelry, Plate brings out all the showstoppers with a delectable range of festive roasts including a Cajun Spiced Turkey, Roasted Beef Rump, and Honey Baked Gammon Ham.
Over ten stations of mains grace the buffet counter, an à la minute pasta station for customised pasta dishes and a dedicated Japanese counter of fresh sashimi, sushi and light bites such as Chilled Soba Noodles and Crispy Tempura Prawns. Some of the country’s favourite dishes will also line the buffet counters, including the popular Singapore Chilli Crab and Black Pepper Crab.
As no feast can conclude without a sweet ending, be sure to indulge in time-honoured festive goodies such as an assortment of Christmas log cakes and pastries to really get in the Christmas mood. Local desserts also make an appearance with Assorted Nyonya Kueh and Ice Kachang. The dessert table also features a Pink Chocolate Fountain and Ice Cream.
