Ginger dining Loy Krathong news: Celebrate the colours and flavours of this festival at Ginger restaurant, on Friday, 15 November 2024.

With the floating of magnificently made vessels of leaves, flowers, and candles, Loy Krathong is an iconic Thai holiday. Paying tribute to the River Goddess, Thais make sure to head to the waterside during the festival as well as come together to share their most delicious dishes.

Ginger is excited to uphold all the beautiful traditions of Loy Krathong by featuring some of its most essential recipes as part of the venue’s already remarkable buffet.

Highlights at the buffet include a live Thai salad station drumming up classic Thai green papaya salad as well as the zesty Thai spicy seafood salad. At the carving station, will be a baked whole sea bass stuffed with aromatic Thai herbs.

Adding to the impressive spread is a warming braised fish maw soup and rich red curry with roasted duck, eggplant and basil.
