Priced at AED 165 per person, the Business Lunch menu begins with a delightful and enticing Artichoke Salad, featuring crispy topinambur, lettuce and Parmigiano Reggiano, tossed together with a tangy truffle vinaigrette. Main course options include a hearty Mezze Maniche Al Pomodoro – a comforting blend of Stracciatella, Genovese basil, and a Sardinian tomato sauce, or Mediterranean Sea Bream – perfectly grilled sea bass fillet, infused with cannellini beans, clam emulsion, and aromatic mixed herbs.
