Hailing from Puglia in southern Italy, Chef Giuseppe brings a lifetime of passion, tradition, and culinary artistry. His love for cooking began at home, watching his mother prepare comforting family meals – a simple joy that sparked a lifelong devotion to the kitchen. By the age of 17, he had stepped into a professional kitchen, where his journey as a chef began in earnest.

Driven by a passion for exploring the world through gastronomy, Chef Giuseppe arrived in Singapore in 2011, carrying with him a profound appreciation for classic Italian cuisine and an exceptional gift for marrying bold flavours with refined techniques.
