Guests can also expect salads, appetisers, soups, a dedicated Japanese counter, and a à la minute noodle station dishing out Singapore Laksa with Slipper Lobster or Egg Noodle with Chilli Crab Sauce.
No Lunar New Year meal is without a sweet ending. Traditional desserts make an appearance with Egg-coated Nian Gao (Chinese Glutinous Rice Cake), Orh Nee, Love Letter Wafers, Pineapple Tarts and Muah Chee.
On eve of Lunar New Year, every diner receives a free abalone serving.
