Jou Jou Brasserie aperitivo ritual news: The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach restaurant welcomes guests to relish in the leisurely ritual of a time-honoured and sacred tradition of Italian culture! The aperitivo marks the beginning of the evening and is a time to unwind from the day, connect with loved ones and savour the moment.

Available daily from Friday September 12, 2025, during the golden pre-dinner hours of 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Jou Jou’s Aperitivo is a perfect segue to signify the end of the workday and a relaxed transition to the evening on weekends.

For AED 295, guests can enjoy two drinks from a carefully curated selection of cocktails and premium wines, accompanied by a sharing board of cold cuts, artisanal cheeses, and Italian grissini. The sharing board includes a Beef Tartlet, made with Black Angus beef tenderloin tartare, black truffle dressing, and fresh truffle, served with a mixed herb salad. It also features Arancini al Pomodoro, a classic fried rice ball filled with mozzarella and rich marinara sauce, and Green Olive Tapenade, crafted from buttery Italian Nocellara olives, artichoke, salty anchovy, and olive oil.

Guests can savour Bruschetta, topped with distinctively sweet Datterino tomatoes, creamy stracciatella cheese, balsamic reduction, and fresh basil pesto. The Charcuterie selection includes beef speck, veal mortadella with pistachio, and salsiccia calabrese, paired with cheeses such as 12-month-aged DOP Manchego, Provolone, and Tête de Moine. A selection of olives, semi-dried tomatoes and caramelised pecan nuts completes the offering. Aperitivo presents the perfect opportunity to slow down and socialise with family and friends in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

This new Jou Jou new experience is a stylish and social pre-dinner ritual that encourages guests to embrace the true Mediterranean spirit of il dolce far niente in the lush and tranquil surroundings of Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
