Italian seasonal Bangkok menu news: From 7 June to 7 July 2024 Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar offers guests to indulge in the rich culinary traditions of Italy’s Piemonte region with an exclusive four-course ‘Festa Piemontese‘ Seasonal Menu, curated by Executive Italian Chef Bruno Ferrari.

This culinary journey begins with slow-cooked veal, followed by exquisite homemade Ravioletti del Plin–small ravioli stuffed with Toma cheese and spinach, served in a rich veal jus sauce. The main course is Brasato al Barbera, where tender beef cheek is braised to perfection, conclude with Bunet, a chocolate and amaretto pudding drizzled with caramel sauce, offering a sweet indulgence to your dining experience.

4-course Festa Piemontese set menu is priced at THB 2,180++ per adult. Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar restaurant is open daily for dinner from 6pm to 10pm.

Executive Italian Chef, Bruno Ferrari was previously named ‘Best Young Chef Patron’ by Michelin Guide, Italy and received his first Michelin star in 2008 for Wien Turin Restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland.

Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar is a casual yet elegant restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine and Bangkok’s only Tuscan-style grill. Diners can choose from a selection of dry aged premium Angus and Wagyu steak cuts grilled tableside and an array of fresh seafood. Volti’s signature dishes are prepared with organic ingredients sourced from local farms.
