For Valentine’s Day Singapore 2021 it is time for Bar Manager Gabriel Carlos of One-Ninety Bar to capture the ever-evolving rhythm of romance by presenting cocktails Adam and Eve, inspired by the very first love story of all time.

Aromatic from the first sip, Eve is a clarified milk punch crafted with Roku gin and Cocchi Rosa and enlivened by strawberry and fresh notes of osmanthus and sencha – a perfect balance of fruit floral hints and peppery, dry citrus bitter that rounds out with light, fragrant sweetness. Adam contrasts with a rich palate based in Maker’s Mark bourbon juxtaposed with the acidity of green apple and enlightened by shiso mint, lemon and soda.

Indulge next in a tower of ocean-fresh lobster, Hokkaido scallops, premium tuna, chilled prawns, spanner crab and more. Luxuriate further with ossetra prestige caviar at an additional supplement, before an elegant entrée of butter-poached halibut with mussels or seared Westholme wagyu striploin MB5.

A petite buffet of delightful desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee and artisanal cheeses brings the evening to a perfect finale as will the botanical ambience of the brasserie.
