Holiday Inn Bangkok Songkran celebration: This Thai New Year, enjoy dishes and drinks inspired by Songkran and served at the hotel‘s Beer Republic and at Ginger and ConneXion from 12th to 21st April, 2024 that promise unforgettable good times for all.

Beer Republic invites revellers to indulge in a culinary journey that encapsulates the essence of Songkran and authentic Thai flavours. Highlights such as ‘nam tok nua yang’, the grilled beef spicy salad with mint leaves, chilli, and lime, ‘kor gai thord’, a deep-fried chicken knuckle with chilli hot sauce, and ‘khor moo yang’, grilled pork neck with mint leaves. Special dishes are priced from THB 220++ per dish. Available on Sunday to Thursday, from 11.30 to 24.00 hours and Friday and Saturday, from 11.30 to 01.00 hours.

Beer Republic, and Ginger and ConneXion, offer an array of special drinks to add a splash of extra excitement to your Songkran season. Sip on a signature creation including cocktails such as Blue Siam and Peachkran, or mocktails such as Thai Sense.

Cocktails are priced at THB 290++ per glass, and mocktails from THB 210++ per glass. Songkran-inspired drinks are available at Beer Republic on Sunday to Thursday, from 11.30 to 24.00 hours and Friday and Saturday, from 11.30 to 01.00 hours. At Ginger and ConneXion from 08.00 to 22.30 hours.

Ginger has a Songkran buffet with a selection of traditional Thai recipes that includes baked whole seabass stuffed with aromatic herbs, braised pork belly with bean curd and egg, marinated pork liver with chilli, red curry with banana blossom, and a choice of som tum to welcome the New Year. Available at Ginger on 13th April, 2024, from 18.00 to 22.30 hours and 14th April, 2024, from 12.00 to 14.30 hours. Price is THB 799++ per person.
