A new seasonal Coconut Grove Sunset BBQ is on offer from Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay’s restaurant. Inspired by Bali’s iconic beachfront barbecue culture, expect flame‑grilled catches, live performance and golden‑hour ambience to define the experience!

Local flavours and Four Seasons flair come together every Friday at Coconut Grove, a feet‑in‑the‑sand sunset venue overlooking Jimbaran Bay, where evenings feature freshly grilled seafood over coconut husks alongside cocktails, music and live fire dance at the ocean’s edge. Rooted in Jimbaran’s fishing heritage, the experience draws on the traditions of the island’s fire‑cooked cuisine.

At its centre is simple, honest cooking, with fresh catch sourced from local fishermen, flame‑grilled and served with sambals, lime and spice. Set menus include chilled starters, seafood and tropical desserts, while à la carte options feature whole lobster, snapper, barramundi, octopus skewers, oysters and squid from the grill – alongside whole spring chicken and Tokusen striploin with smoky, fire‑grilled flavours.

Local flavours are reflected in dishes such as Rujak Bulung, a mix of seaweed, coconut, chilli and bonito broth, alongside wok‑fried favourites including Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng, while grilled pineapple with crème fraiche, lime zest crumble and vanilla ice cream rounds out the feast.

Behind the bar, tropical cocktails reflect the coastal setting, with Jimbaran Breeze combining Nusa Caña White Rum with lime and passionfruit, and Kelapa Rosso blending Nusa Caña Coconut Rum with Campari and Mancino Rosso. Zero‑proof options, wines and beers are also available throughout the evening.

Open to both in-house and outside guests, the Sunset BBQ captures the spirit of island life. Rustic tables glow by flickering firelight, while laidback beats and lapping waves set the acoustic scene. At 7:30 pm, a mesmerising live fire-dancing performance lights up the sky, drawing guests and locals alike to linger over a true Jimbaran-style night.

The Jimbaran Sunset BBQ takes place every Friday from May 29 to October 30, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
