This stylish and elegant high tea is served in a hot air balloon-shaped tea set that has been crafted from sustainable coconut fibre. This distinctive material not only adds an eco-friendly touch to the experience but also symbolises the timeless allure of adventure and the dream of exploring new horizons. The hot air balloon tea set serves as a visual representation of the exhilarating journey that guests embark on as they indulge in this extraordinary high tea experience.

The Diplomat Bar, known for its elegant setting and delightful culinary creations, has conceptualised a menu that brings together local produce and premium ingredients, with some dishes even incorporating the vibrant Butterfly Pea flowers from the hotel’s rooftop organic garden.
