Two of the world’s most celebrated French pastry chefs, Angelo Musa and Nicolas Lambert, have come together to create an irresistible dessert. This collaboration by the two world greats sees Angelo Musa land in Dubai linking up with Lambert, Senior Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Dubai. Their delicate chocolate dessert creation is served at Shai Salon at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach from February 21, 2022 for a limited time, alongside Angelo Musa’s signature Afternoon Tea.

Angelo Musa holds the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and is a World Pastry Champion, known for his ability to express the full flavour spectrum of a hero ingredient. A worthy partner in pastry, Nicolas Lambert holds similarly impressive accolades with a recently awarded Relais Dessert Prix d’Exellence and a treasured recognition as Best Pastry Chef in Asia 2018 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants..

The limited edition pastry and Afternoon Tea is created with Chocolaterie de L’Opera’s premium variety of chocolate, promised to be a sensational experience for French pastry lovers.
