Mercury Rooftop Dubai bar is now reopened, unveiling an entirely transformed venue with an ethereal new design, marking a bold new dawn for this iconic rooftop destination.

Perched high above the city, the newly reopened Mercury Rooftop at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach invites guests to experience its re-imagined and fully redesigned space, where celestial elegance meets breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline. With uninterrupted panoramas of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf, this rooftop sanctuary offers an otherworldly escape from the ordinary. As night falls, Mercury’s ambiance ignites, transforming into a radiant galaxy of its own, fuelled by stellar cocktails, live performances, and an atmospheric ambiance.

The acclaimed Sundukovy Sisters have infused Mercury Rooftop with a visionary design, crafting a space that feels ethereal and opulent. Highlighting the significance of this redesign, the Sundukovy Sisters share: “This year has been full of exciting openings, but Mercury Rooftop is especially meaningful for our 20th anniversary. We designed the bar with a dramatic yet refined style, letting the stunning views take centre stage. The name refers to the mythical deity Mercury, the planet, and the element, which is why we used celestial elements like the starry sky and liquid silver accents to enhance the luxurious feel. By blending warm and cool tones with dynamic silver touches, we’ve created a new top destination for Dubai skyline lovers.”

In keeping with the celestial theme, Mercury Rooftop’s mixology team takes guests on an extraordinary journey through the cosmos with its new collection of cocktails inspired by space. Guests can sip on creations like the Stellar Gold, a citrusy tequila blend sweetened with rosemary and orange blossom, or the bold Solar Eclipse, a twist on the Negroni, enhanced with cacao and Italian coffee beans. For those who favour vodka, the Cosmic Aura offers a complex, smooth take on the classic vodka sour, while the Aurora Borealis pairs gin with elderflower and yuzu, finished with a striking red currant foam. Whether in the mood for the fizzy allure of the Astral Beam or the fragrant elegance of Galactic Sakura, each sip promises a journey through the stars.

On Wednesdays, Ladies Night takes centre stage from 8 PM to 11 PM, where for AED 250, ladies can enjoy a two-hour free flow of house wine, a mocktail, and a tempting array of hot and cold starters. For an added layer of intrigue, Mercury Rooftop introduces the Cosmic Cypher, a weekly Instagram challenge.
