Delight in the Chrysanthemum Honey Pavlova, where delicate vanilla panna cotta meets luscious Multifloral Honey, crowned with airy meringue and a charming honeybee. For a refined balance of tart and sweet, savour the Honey Redcurrant Mousse – featuring a tender financier sponge, vibrant lemon yuzu compote, and the golden richness of Rewarewa honey. Other sweet treats include the Ginger Mānuka Honey Tartlet, Medovik Clover Honey Cake and the luscious Pistachio Mānuka Honey Choux Puff – each infused with nature’s golden treasure.

No afternoon tea is complete without the quintessential scones.
